   *Thanks Dale. I have both these catalogs and never noticed finials in them. It's amazing what you find in them when you need something.Anyway, I was inspired by a finial in one of the catalogs that looked sort of like an acorn.I started turning, and turned out a beautiful finial, and not at all like the one I was using for inspiration! The final product looks more like a c-7 Christmas light bulb (old style). They are done, and look great.Thanks for the help.
