I am told that there is a sawmill in germany that is the definitive answer to custom lumber needs. I am looking for two bookmatched pieces of thick lumber, and wanted to know if anyone knew the name or contact info for this mill? please email me at [email protected] with any information.
Your opinions are much appreciated,

I find it hard to blieve that only one sawmill in the world is capable of that. Talk about mythical proportions. tTere are plenty of mills in the states that are capable of slicing bookmatched pieces. Try http://www.woodfinder.com.
go to ebay.com, lumber. There are many book matched sets. contact the vender for custom cutting. Ron
Aaron, if it can be done then MountStorm can do it. They are just a short run down I80 to 121 then across the Sonoma Valley to West Santa Rosa ( Actually Windsor ). Check out their website for phone numbers etc... http://www.mountstorm.com I think they will either have it or can find it. They've been my best westcoast resorce.
