Hi, I know this is probably the 1000th time this question has been asked but I am looking to purchace a vacuum press with all its accessories. I need something small, reliable and able to work on medium to large pieces. Can someone give me some direction. I saw a few sights that sell these presses. Some are very expansive and others, you need directions just getting around the website. All answers would be very much appreciated. I am living outside the US and am coming in for a few weeks. I need to buy a kit so I can ship it out while I am there. All the best.

Very happy with it and have heard nothing but praise for the company and products on the internet. No affiliation, just a happy customer. Call them if you are unsure what you need and they will talk you through it.

when they say, "total air systems", does that include all the parts needed to work. ie, hoses, bag, gage...?

With either the 'air' or 'total air' you supply the air compressor. The other stuff will be in the kit. The difference between the two is explained on the site:
"What sets the Total Air VacuPress apart from the Air Powered VacuPress is how the vacuum level is monitored and controlled. The Total Air VacuPress achieves this completely by the use of compressed air, no electricity is needed. The rugged, dependable, repeatability of pneumatic controls are unmatched."
Call them for best info.

Got all the parts for mine from Joe Woodworker . It works great and you will be able to customize it to you liking.

I second Ron's suggestion about joe woodworker. http://www.veneersupplies.com
Everything you need to get started at a much lower price than most other places.
