Would these work in polished nickel?

I think the closest you are going to get is polished nickel.
PN doesn't really look like chrome (IMO) - thanks anyway!

Jeff:
You will find polished chrome hinges at Whitechapel Ltd. I recently ordered ball catches and they are great to deal with. Here's the URL:

Hope it works for you.

Whitechapel is a great site - thanks - but they do not have hinges like the ones I'm looking for.
However, I did find this: http://www.bellacor.com/detail.cfm?Cat=38&ItemID=110938&partid=froogle-DataFeed

Jeff:There are hinges and there are hinges. In another thread, someone complained about the doors sagging because the pins gave way. I am using non-mortising hinges (similar in concept to the wrap-around, in my kitchen (brushed nickel) that I got from Woodworkers Supply.Compared to similar hinges that I saw in Woodcraft, mine are much better made at about $12.00 compared to around $7.00 at WC. The ones in the link look a little on the cheap side and may not have the quality you want. You might want to get a pair and make sure before you install.Regards,Hastings
That's what I plan to do - thanks.
