I usually buy them from Highland Hardware.
When you buy 6 you get a discount.
Seems about the best price I've found.
Jeff
Thanks Jeff, I'll check em out...Brian
I have found that Harbor Freight has some fantastic deals from time to time on clamps. I just bought 5 C-clamps ( for boat building) for $2.99 each. While someone may say they have had bad experience with clamps from HF, I think these are the types of items that make sense to get from them. They are China made, but they clamp.
Thanks for the reply, HF does have more than it's share of junk, but your right, the clamps aren't bad and there are other good finds as well. I have quite a few of the clamps. Just don't get the red handled ones without the metal tabs (sorry..don't know real term") they aren't worth even the small price. Thanks again, Brian
Brian,
You might want to check Grizzly for price ...there prices on many items is really good.
Thanks BG, I'll take a look. Brian
Brian,
I just bought a pile of new Wilton Columbians that HD is selling for $13 each for $6 each on ebay. It was a Dutch auction, they seem to be a good way to get a decent deal.
Steve
Thanks Steve- but what is HD? Not familiar with that one. e-mail address? Appreciate your reply, Brian
Brian,
Sorry, I mean Home Depot. Now that I think about it though, I saw those clamps at Lowes, not Home Depot. I'm pretty sure you don't need the website for those places. Good luck in the search. I should have bought 12 instead of 6. Can never have too many can ya?
Steve
Thanks Steve, We have a new Lowes in town now. Good excuse to check them out. Thanks again, Brian

These are the best prices I've found, with the exception of an actual WW show. Clamps are usually sold a little cheaper at a show, especially if you wait to last day late. The vendors had rather come down than have to load it back up and take it back to their business.
Luck...

I just got my Jorgensen K body clamps at Amazon. They guarantee the lowest price AND you get free shipping!!! How do you beat that?Windy Wood

You probaly don't. I buy a lot of power tools through Tool Crib, which is as you probaly know the source Amazon ships tools from. In most cases the free shipping and no tax works out best.
I live in Atlanta not far from Highland Hardware, so I do pay sales tax their. I shop the best price, all things considered and then put the money down where I have to put the least of it. ha..ha..
Have a good day, maam...

Cool, Thanks Sarge, Brian
Hi Sarge, Me again, curious, are you active duty? Branch? I'm ex Air Force. Brian
Brian
Only active duty as a husband, father and dummy. I did Viet Nam 68-69 with P Co. 75th Ranger Reg. Had a good friend that was load-master C-130 same time. I got a feelin' you might have served a little latter. When were you in and what MOS (Army slang job description).
Have a good evening...

Hi Sarge, ya, a little later.'76-'82 as a Security Policeman..And thanks for going when so many wouldn't. Seems like a lifetime ago Huh? What do you like to build? Brian
Brian
Anything from wood. I have designed and built about 180 pieces over the last 30 years. Since the house is full of furniture, I do a co-op at Xmas and build toys for needy kids with some friends from donated shorts. I also build needed items for shelters, etc. My part time company is having me build a 40' parts counter at this moment with some engine display cradles, etc. thrown in. Been working on that for a month or so. Beats answering the phone. ha..ha..
RW was Air Force security. Might drop in on him if you see him post.
Yell if you need me...

Harbor Freight is a very good choice for the k clamps every month or so Harbor freight has them on sale for 50% off of retail so a 6" clamp would run around $2.00 compared to the Jorgensen for around $9.00
Thanks zoo, I'll keep an eye on em. Brian
