Looking for older nail gun nose cushions?
Newbie so be kind…please. A year ago I was looking for the Porter-Cable BN125A brad nailer nose cushions with very little luck, so I decided to give one a try on my 3D printer using a softer filament. After a year, I have been able to make flexible cushions for the BN125A, BN200A, NS100, NS150, FN250A and FN250B. I’m looking to make other desirable no mar nose cushions for other DIYers. If you have one that you can’t find, please PM and I’ll see if I can make it. So far, I’ve had great feedback.

Excellent! I recently made cushions for Harbor Freight Bar clamps - they work great. I love trying to figure out ways to mix the hobbies together
No spamming at all. You can post the nail gun model right here in the forum. I just finished creating the BN250B for someone and looking for my next challenge. I'm just trying to find out if there are others that people can't find.
What type of filament did you use for your bar clamp pads?
I used SainSmart TPU
Perfect for the job. I like their translucent colors with flakes. I'm using Prinline. TPU is more difficult to print, but once you get it tuned in it's so flexible. There are others printing nose cushions on eBay, and they are using PLA which puts dents into the wood. TPU prints much slower but its perfect for a lot of jobs. What printer are you using?

do you by any chance have this one?
i have 3d printer, if you had the file, i could print some.
i currently hav pla material, i know that may bee too hard, but i just want to getr the pattern correct first, then i can figure out about more flexible material
thanks

I purchased your nose cushion for a brad nailer - works great.
Now I am on need of the nose cushion for a Porter Cable DA250A angled finish nailer; part #886204. If you would produce some of these, I would buy several.
