Does anyone have any experience with purchasing from Right-tool .com?
I am looking at purchasing a Freud Dado set from them either a SD506 $145.95 or SD 508 $165.95 to be used on my Craftsman contractor saw. Other than the difference being a larger diameter & more teeth on the 8” is there anything I should know about this Dado set as seen here.

Also does anyone know anything about the Dado set that Woodcraft has as seen here.

I am not associated to any merchant I may have mentioned.

Hmmm musta come to the wrong forum.......................
Bart, I've not purchased from right-tool, but do have the 6" Freud Safety Dado. It does a great job. The other factor with the 8" dado is the additional weight, therefore more stress on the saw.
You're likely to get more responses if the links are true links. Not sure why the first one (right-tool) did convert like they usually do. The second one is apparently abbreviated ( ...... ). There's no way for us to easily find that Woodcraft dado to comment on it.
If a URL is very, very long, you can make words in your post "clickable" by highlighting them click here and then click on the little globe/chain in the toolbar of the composition block. A pop-up box appears, paste the URL into that.

Unfortanately the 608 won't fit a Craftsman saw at least that is what Charles from Freud told me.Sucking.......Whoosh.......Yowl........Whoosh.........Thrump.
