Does anyone have a good suggestion for a machine where you can feed boards and have it round over 2 edges at once? I am taking half inch thick sheets and rounding them in large qtys.

Traditionally that was done on a double end tenonner but nowadays, CNC will do just about everything to a panel reducing handling from one machine to the next.

I have seen it done using a shaper with a bullnose cutter.
If it's a really big job, you could even install a power feeder on the shaper.

There are bullnose router bits too.
