I’m planning to make some small window boxes out of the PVC “lumber” called AZEK. I plan to have some curves cut in it to add a little interest, but I’m a little nervous about cutting the PVC on by bandsaw. I cut some other plastic in the past and the heat fom cutting caused the chips to stick to my saw’s tires. I ended up having to replace the tires. Has anyone had any experience cutting AZEK on a bandsaw?

I've cut quite a bit of it using my table saw and jig-saw. Never had a problem with melting or sticking. It sure stinks when you cut it, though.
You should also try a brand of cellular PVC called Koma. Seems to cut a little better, in my opinion.

Cutting Azek seems to generate static which causes the dust to stick to the tools. Resawing the product to bend is unnecessary. You can buy or rent heating mats that allow you to thermoform the product. Check their website for info and contact the yard you purchased from to see if they rent them. I rented from mine the last time I needed to bend it.

By curves, I meant sawn into the edge of a 1 X 8 like in the attachment. Good to know about the bending though...
