Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and choose CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Answer the login questions.
Choose CHANGE MY ADDRESS.

For any others with problems, If you use the App and get to the Customer Support screen, then DON'T select the "Manage Subscription" button staring you in the face.
Select the blue header titled "Service Options" and it will expand out to show the "Change My Address" selection. Frustrating on a mobile device in particular.
