Hey Matt,
I want to make a lattice patio. How do I cut the round frame trim for the windows?

Hmm. I'm not sure I know what you're refering to. Can you post a photo example?
Tips for posting an image: If you find an image on another web site, right click on that image and chose "copy." then post a reply to this message and within the edit window right click and chose "paste." Or if you have a photo or drawing of your own, use the attach feature at the bottom of the edit window.
MAKING A ROUND FRAME:
This may not be what you're looking for but I have made round mirror frames on the lathe, using a technique that also works for making round window modling. Here is a short description, let me know if you want more:
Goal: Assemble four segments into the shape of a square frame so that there is enough material to cut out a round frame, then use a series of operations to produce the finished frame.
1. Draw out the round frame on a piece of paper with cross hairs going through the center point.
2. Each quarter segment in the drawing will reveal the size workpiece you need for each segment.
3. Mill up the four segments, cut miters on each end, and glue them together with splines into a square frame.
4. Once assembled with glue, rough out the round shape with a bandsaw.
5. Mount the frame centered on a plywood faceplate on your lathe, and turn the profile.
6. Alternatively, you can mount this on a router trammel jig and rout the profile.
7. Remove the frame, and, voila!
