I would like some suggestions as to the best way to apply Tung oil.. I have a bottle of (PURE) Tung oil. I was thinking of combining with Turpentine ( dont like the fumes though). Any better ways?

If all you want to do is thin it, mineral spirits will work. If you use naphtha the solvent will evaporate somewhat faster. However, pure tung oil takes a long time to cure after the thinner has evaporated. It could still be emitting an odor after 3-4 months.
