I am new to just about everything in woodworking. I would like to build toys for children. Myproblem is I can”t find any websites dedicated to making vintage of historical toys. Can anyone tell me if there is a website dedicated to making vintage toys?

website dedicated to making vintage toys?
A child does not care that much.. Is it fun to play with! Does it Move? Does it make Noise. And will Dad or Grandpa play with it with me?
Don't know about a website, but you could try Lee Valley (Woodworking Index > Books > Toymaking). They have a couple of How-to books still there. They used to have a book called Coping Saw Work that you may be able to find around. It was aimed at children making their own toys, but does include the basics on making jointed and mechanical toys, e.g. wood choppers, fighting cat and dog, etc.

I have seen such books at Rockler and Woodcraft..
Take a look at of some of these and see if it is what you want for starters.

To add to earlier post, LV still has "Coping Saw Work," it's just hard to find on their site. The number is 49L80.65.
