I want a Makita 7 1/2 sliding miter saw (Model LS0714FL). The FL designates a laser and light. Saw weighs 30 lbs. As far as I can tell it is only sold in Canada or UK. Anyone had any experience with the saw, with purchasing in Canada or England. I can only find the saw in Canada with out the laser and light (Model LSO714).

Sure you want a slider that small?
Hitachi sells a slider that weighs about the same, 8 1/2" blade, full 12" cross cut -- but without a laser or a light.
