   I had a parts list. It's just that the manual is not available from Delta. My problem is that with the addition of the riser block the wheels are no longer coplanar.

   What happens if you rotate the riser block 180°?

   It works as you suggested. I had it inside-out. In the process,I checked the bearings and I can hear a bit of grind and creak as I turn the bearing with my finger. I think I will replace the bearings.

   Also check to see that there is NO paint on the mating surfaces of the riser blocks.
