Martha Washington Chair Plans

Does anyone know where I can get plans (or a measured drawing) for a Martha Washinton chair? It is sometimes called a lolling chair and has an upholstered seat and back with wood arms. There are plenty of pictures with overall dimensions out there but I am looking for more specific information to build a quality reproduction.

Classic Furniture Projects by A. W. Mallow published by Stein & Day dimensions and describes the construction of a Martha Washington or Lolling chair. This book may be out of print but a search through a public library may be able to locate a copy for you.
