I’m trying to find a router bit set that will cut a double sided profile on a 1 3/8″ passage door, leaving a through tenon on the rail ends. Freud makes a great two bit set with several profiles, but not the one that I need. I’m looking for a traditional ogee and they have a roman ogee. Does anyone have a recommendation for a custom tool maker? I’ve tried CMT and Bosch without any luck.

Almost:
For shaper cutters, I have found Freeborn Tool has excellent service. They have just made a custom set for me.
For router bits, Whiteside have also made a custom bit for me.
Ridge Carbide Tool
They can make you just about anything you can draw up, and will match profiles from samples of existing parts.
