Hi all
Just did a wall repair for someone.
Had to install a few new pine panels next to some old yellowed ones.
Knew it wouldn’t match, but had no choice.
Now I’m looking for any suggestions how to make them match better.

Go to Woodcraft and pick up. Trans Tint (honey amber, Golden brown) Mix the two and that should match the color of the old pine boards. Make test samples to see first.
But mix the Trans tint in alcohol so it will dry in 5-10 mins and can add a top coat.
3 fingersGreat, thank you.I'll need to mail-order it (as there nothing close in Vermont), but that's ok. A few extra days won't be a problem.Any idea how it will look in a few years after it's aged?Jeff
it will yellow just as all wood does. It should not be a problem.
