Went looking for MDO plywood at Home Depot. Not surprisingly, I couldn’t find it.
How much does MDO go for these days? Say for a 4×8 sheet of 3/4?? Does Lowe’s or Menards have it?

I haven't tried locating any MDO since leaving the metro Seattle area. But I'd suspect you'll have to go to a fairly robust building supply outlet to find it. It's used quite a bit by commercial building contractors but not so much by home crafts people.

T',
3/4" thick MDO in a 4'x8' sheet is $65 from my supplier.
http://www.boulterplywood.com/ MDO is listed under Exterior Grade Plywood. They will ship - but you should be able to find it locally.

I have plywood store in my area and they carry it - look n the yellow pages for a dealer and see what they charge.
I was surprised, but our Menards in southern Minnesota carries it. Can't remember the price, though...

Menards does stock MDO plywood. I believe it runs about $40 per sheet. It aint cheap, but in the proper application, it is a wonderful substrate. I built a decorative mail box post with MDO. After a three tone paint job, it looked very nice.
Good luck
Thank you,

Toolfreak ,
Try calling the local sign painting shops , signs are a main use of MDO . Perhaps they have what you need or can point you in the right direction once they find out you are not the new competition .
good luck dusty
I like Lowe's in general but never any Ply sheets.. I coulden't even fing them short sheets of MDF.. I asked the manager about it and he called the Wood Super to ask what MDF was?? LOL
Something like $55 for one side and $65 for 2 side primed. In the Dallas Area.
