Clearly
Succinctly put old chap.
Maybe he's just trying to get published for his Doctorate?? ;-)
I like little embroidered trout or bass on mine.
A new product to hold ones trousers up no doubt. http://www.beltoutlet.com/susbrac.html
Actually I could use further elaboration on the "small concave mechanical tributaries".
Is there a valet in the house ?
Braces
Fortunately I still have a waist and don't need trousers under suspension.
Fortunately I still have a waist ...
Hey ! That might be mine. I lost it about 45 years ago. Where did you find it?
Lucky genes
But my wife says a have a resident tape worm.
A little humor can't hurt.
Take heart old chap. Once in a while it's good to have a little fun. To those who think it's the end of the world to get off the main topic I would say, lighten up. The OP looks like it has been run thru some kind of auto translation program but after reading it with an open mind I can see it is a serious comparison of two kinds of braces for teeth, mechanical and cerimac and the pros and cons of each. The humor is based on the translation program which doesn't work very well. There are sites, such as Glock talk, that have a humor forum for just this sort of thing but it ends up being just a collection of old jokes.
I had braces as a child, they were the metal type with the rubber band metal loops to apply tension, I hated them .
If use braces please carefully consider whether torre grass...
Torre grass is the key to understanding this, and you do not smoke it, you run on it. As you all know Torre Valley North has a 400m grass running track in summer, it also provides a long jump pit. So get out of your underlit shops and run in the sun, or jump in the pit if you like, I know I will.
And remember, the word did not braces to hear. Couldn't have said it myself better.
Surely you are correct. I was way off base. Sorry
>metal type with the rubber band metal loops<
Now that you draw it into the light I am sure you are correct.
>Torre grass<
I feared that might have something to do with Asgard and the Nordic gods. I was determined not to be drawn in by that one. I have learned to avoid riling them when ever possible. Thor and what have you; dangerous and UNPREDICTABLE lot.
What a waste of time........
I have observed one persons waste of time is another's passion.
>waste of time........<
Well . . . yes. This is what the chat room is reduced to these days I am afraid. That and a surprisingly well attended thread talking about how we "waste time" going about making money when we would actually rather be wood working. The two seem to be mutually exclusive these days.
I attempted to introduce a serious topic on electric glue pots and whether or not the new ones have water between the inner pot and the outer heater but no one seemed able to fill me in.
Could you clear that one up ? I could call the supplier but then I would be in serious danger of ordering one, with the copper liner of course, and that would not fit in the budget. No sir . I must be careful there.
Passsion
If this thread, or indeed, the inane ramblings of the original post, is anyone's passion then God help them....they don't need a life, they need a shrink.....IMHO of course....
To reply to your question about glue pots, I have never even used one.....have considered trying hide glue...probably will in the future...
Thanks, ROC, for responding to my post. Maybe we will meet again on some woodworking matter....I look forward....BOB
Cheers Bob. Here's to woodworking matters.
I gotta have fun with what I find. The OP was too good to pass up. I think it is the honest attempt by a person from the East to describe their product and market it here. Reminds me of the "translated" instructions I have occasionally got with some product or other. With phrases like "Always chamfer round top side to prevent jumping and knocking". I will never forget that one.
My advice to those attempting to translate instructions or ads for the West to read is to go to one of your universities in your country, find a starving student who looks like they speak the particular language you are targeting and have them proof read the text in exchange for a good meal.
Whether you feed them first or after the translation proof reading could be tricky to determine. Good luck.
When I re-read, found an imbedded link. My guess is the post is an attempt to improve search engine optimization (SEO) for their link at our expense. There is a FWW system link at the bottom of posts called "Inappropriate" or some such that presumably we can use to have SEO posts reviewed by sysop.
This was posted as inappropriate before there were any replies, yet there seems to be zero attention being paid to the forum these days. This thread was even mentioned as one of the selected discussions mentioned on the home page. Obviously no one reads even those threads. Someone should be delegated the job of checking flagged threads. This should have been removed and the OP banned. It might help if lots of folks did mark the inappropriate box, and definately NEVER click the link.
No Water it is
Thank you!
Sounds like the copper pot to go in it would be a good idea for conducting the heat more evenly as well. Some day. Maybe ask Santa for one. She will probably say "Now what do ya need that for ? ". I mean he will say that.
: )
Santa, Baby, hurry down the chimney to me.
It's nice when she's naughty.
