Can someone please point me to the link on this site that will show me my current subscription(s) and their statuses – if I have more than one?
I am tired of playing the customer service switcheroo going on with a subscription to Fine woodworking that I apparently have. Every other subscription I have ever actually signed up for is easily verified, amended or canceled on their company website. Except for the one I apparently have to Fine Woodworking which is making me chase phone numbers and getting nowhere.
Lost count of the different phone numbers I have tried to call and resolve and have so far identified Fine Woodworking, Taunton Publishing, Omeda communications and lastly Century Molded that are all businesses with these customer service phone numbers that all loop back to Taunton Publishing. And of course, the wait time is always 20 minutes and they never pick up
Help please!
Thank You
Mark

On a desktop machine this info is supposed to be here:
Click MAIN MENU (upper right of screen)
Click CUSTOMER SUPPORT (bottom left of screen)
You'll be asked for email and password and then you'll see everything you are asking about. Name, address, subscription status, auto pay, etc.....
But here's the thing - since the website enhancement 3 weeks ago, much of this info is blank. Ben has assured us they are working on fixing this.
Hope this helps,
Mike
Thank you for the response! I did go there first trying to figure out my membership details and since it did not list anything started the phone calls. I will give it a little while longer so they can sort out the web issues they are having
Thank you Mark for posting this - it's helped me tonight update my card information.
I hope someone from Taunton reads this, I have to say their communication email informing of out of date card information looks like spam, offers a link to a site you cannot browse and looks like spam/counterfeit. It rang so many alarm bells at my end I submitted a query to customer service (unanswered to date).
Whomever is in charge of their overall web strategy, domain name management, web site and content management, and email communications really needs to take a darn good hard look at things because it comes across to me as a disjointed, congealed, undesigned mess.
