I use stile and rail router bits that make a 3/8″ deep slot on the stile and a 3/8″ long tenon on the rail to fit it. Lately, I’ve been using metric measurements on my projects because it’s easier to do the math. Problem is, the depth of that stile and rail cut is 9.525mm and it would just be easier if it were an even quantity of millimeters. Anybody ever seen sets in metric dimensions?

For even niumbers, either go with a 9 or a 10mm setting. The 10mm would be a little more than 3/8", so plan things with the 9mm settings. That way, you'll have a bit of room, for wood movements and such. One could ( if they can find a shop to do it) resize those bits into the nearest, whole metric sizes. Be sure to mark them as such. 3/8" would be reground to 9mm, and so forth. Seems a bit much trouble, though.
