Hi. I inherited a mid century modern Lane Rhythm Buffet/credenza from the 1960’s. It has the original finish on walnut veneer which is in great shape. Does not need refinishing. I would simply like to restore the luster and a bit of shine to the piece. What would you recommend? I was going to use some old Johnson’s paste wax but am now hesitant after reading a few forums. Would appreciate your advice. Thanks!

What was the hesitation on the forums?
Paste wax should be fine. Try it in an inconspicuous place. I just had great results bringing an 86 yo piece back to life.
I went ahead and used Johnson's paste wax on the buffet and had great results! Thanks for giving me the confidence to try it.
Johnson's Wax and Feed also seems to be a popular product. I see Thomas Johnson Antiques use in a lot on his furniture restoration YouTube videos.
