I’m building a wood pantry cabinet that will be in my garage. It will be about 3′ wide, 2′ deep (max), and about 6′ tall and will have a single door. Because it’s in the garage, i wanted to use some weather stripping on the door to keep insects out. I’m going to need a strong latch that will latch the door in multiple places.
Rockler has parts to gang multiple locks together (item #38396), but I don’t think those are going to work very well. We build stainless steel electrical cabinets that use a 3-point latch. They will work, but I think that would be a bit clumsy for my project.
I’ve search the web but haven’t found any good hardware. I was wondering if anyone had some good recommendations?

WDS Component Parts Ltd has modular multi point locking systems

Another option is rather ugly hardware, but you can search 'cam action door lock' and as well
Ben,
Thanks for your response. Your suggestion from WDS was similar to what I was thinking and It will probably do the best job as far as keeping the door sealed.
I did google "cam action door lock"...your right...it's ugly, but it's similar to what Rockler has:

The Rockler option concerns me as I'm not sure it's strong enough.
I'm still taking suggestions.
I did something similar but with smaller overlay (not inset) cabinet doors. I used foam weatherstripping and two inexpensive window sash cam locks. The cam mechanism itself was mounted to the cabinet side, and the smaller latch part was mounted to the edge of the door. Worked fine for something that wasn't going to be opened a lot, but perhaps not as handy as some other mechanism.
Along a similar line, you could use garage door lock hardware - that should be available in a big box store.
I immediately got to thinking of something like this:

Or perhaps a vault-style multipoint lock.
There is a more practicable solution though:

These are dead easy to use and install and really reliable. Can't open without power though but they are the cheapest option.
These are much more expensive (and massive overkill) but do fail open
