minature rail & stile router bits
Does anybody know where I can find minature rail & stile bits? I already have a set of minature bits for making boxes and would like to also do raised panels.
Thanks in advance for your help.

MLCS makes them, and maybe Amana. Check this Google page.
forestgirl Another proud member of the "I Rocked With ToolDoc Club" .... :>) you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
I like woodline bits.

CMT and Jesada both make small rail and style bits...
If I remember correctly FWW did a review a year to two back and found the CMT bits less problematic to setup than the Jesada's..
But as Forrestgirl has stated, I am sure that other manufacturers make miniature rail & stile bit sets.
How minature? I got a rail and stile set, and a matching panel raising bit, in the box making size from Woodcraft.
Bottom line, the rail and stile are designed for 1/2 to 5/8 actual thickness in the box making size, 3/4+ actual thickness in the kitchen cabinet size, with passage door and entry door sizes (that I don't have) for even thicker wood.
If you wanted smaller than the box size, I can't help.
