Hey all,
I quit bidding today on a Powermatic 1150A drill press on Ebay. It was a 1968 vintage in (seller said) good working order. It ended up selling for $710. Did I miss the boat on a good deal or not? Just curious what those more in the know think.
Thanks for your thoughts!

Miss a good deal, not really.
Its a nice drill press but for 710 you could pick up a nice import and still have plenty left over for other tools/toys. Don't feel bad, ebays a tough world to buy tools, and good "Deals" are few and far between. Try owwm.com classified section if you really want the vintage iron. Good Luck
Waaaaay toooo much. Payed $250 for mine. Keep looking. I'm in SE Michigan, those things are at auction every day. Dealers around her have tons of them.
