My old house is missing a couple of pieces of woodwork. Fortunately, I have a duplicate of the missing pieces. Someone told me it’s possible to get a (plaster?) mold made of carvings like this — anyone know if that’s true or how I’d go about that? Is there a reliable company I could send the piece to in order to get copies? Alternately, does anyone know how much it might cost to get a replica carving – and/or someone who could it affordably? I could carve you a new piece. Contact me and I will give you a price. Could you send me the carving pictured to copy?
