   Don't know about the one plan but the one from the wood store does recline.  There is a set of dowels in the end of the arm rests that alow you to positoin the back in 3 different positions. 

   I have built two of these and they are very comfortable chairs!! 

   If by recliner you mean you want the foot rest to pop up ala "lazy-boy" I haven't ever seen a plan for that and I did a lot of looking at morris chair plans before going with the wood store plans.

   Thanks for the reply.  Yes I am looking for the full recliner.   I have seen several full mission recliners in stores , but  like you can't find any plans for one.  I will keep looking  and hope for the best    Don
