Just downloaded the Get a grip with a Moxon Vise PDF from Ben Strano’s Benchmarks “Benchmarks First Look; August – Fine Woodworking. ”
On page 5 of the PDF gives the instructions for drilling the bushing (left insert) says, “This larger hole should go only into the fixed jaw not the movable one.” This is drilling the hole for the bushing. This is backwards it should say “This larger hole should go only into the movable jaw not the fixed one.”
Logically, the bushing should cover the threaded rod in the movable jaw. The parts layout drawing on page 3 of the PDF confirms this.

Good catch. Hopefully the editors can correct the article before it goes to print.
On a side note I loved the idea of an "auxiliary" vice on my bench. Seems like it will save me the effort of building a whole new one with an integrated vice. I ordered the parts today.
If anyone is interested most of the parts are available at Home Depot. Probably other big-box stores as well. I found the handles at Global Industrial - Ball Handle - Zinc-Plated Cast Iron - 3/4-10 Thread - 6" Wide
