I am interested in getting a new miter gauge for my left tilting Delta table saw. I have been looking at either a Jessem 07100 or a Incra Miter 1000SE. Any pros, cons or other suggestions

I recently purchased this one from HomeDepot. It looks very similar to the Incra but, is a bit cheaper. I haven't used it a lot yet but, so far, I can't find any faults with it.

I have the Incra. It's a good miter gauge. I have it on the sled and once it's dialed in, It stays put. I have used the Jessem, but I honestly don't remember if I liked it or not. I don't remember having any particular issues with it, so that's probably good.
Generally speaking, the Incra is probably better because of the fence, but it's a little like comparing a Maserati to a Ferrari. You may like one more than the other, but both are better than a Datstun (grizzly) or Volvo (Kreg)
I'm quite happy with the Volvo. I don't remember why I decided on the Kreg. It was kind of odd, I thought, that there weren't many reviews available. But the Kreg is simple, sturdy, and accurate.
I have the Incra 100SE. I love it for the most part. the micro adjusting is a bit confusing, but I have cut lots of miters and they are all perfect. It can be a bit fussy to get it squared but once it's square, it's great. A minor complaint is that some of the expandable washers to hold the gauge tight in the track can only be accessed by taking the whole thing apart. The extra long arm and the stops are a nice added feature. Also, if you ever want to get the Incra 5000 sled, you can use this miter gauge and save a few bucks.
I recently purchased the Incra 1000SE, after assembling and using a few times, I sent it back. Here are the reasons why:
First, although the gauge comes set up for left slot use, the ruler tape in the extension is for right slot use. I contacted Incra about this and apparently they don't make one!! There are tapes for left and right hand use but only for the main fence.
2. Moving the flip stop is too fiddly for me. I prefer one that is not indexed.
3. Lousy instructions, which I've found to be true on other Incra products.
Jessem makes excellent quality tools I would expect the miter gauge to be very good.
You might take a look at the Osborne gauge. I really like it.
Thanks for all of the input, out of all the gauges that I looked at the Osborne seems to be the easiest to switch over from left to right. I don't know why but I do most of my cutting on the right side and with a left tilting blade there would be no chance of a kickback.
I would not fall into a false sense of security with that "no chance of kickback" thought ;-)
I thought that JessEm was discontinued a while back. They sure make stout stuff and make it well. Getting in touch with them can sometimes be a journey.
I have run an Incra V-27 since the early 2000's. The 27 positive stops have always been enough for me BUT, that will vary with what you do. There are a lot of good miter gauges out there at the elevated tiers.
The Powertec that bilyo links to (I see it is sold under other names as well) is a V-27 knock off. The patent must've expired ;-) For only a couple bucks more I would just get the Incra unless you found the knock off for a lot less. It looks well made.
