Hi , I love my Hitachi 10″ sliding compound saw. Fine saw, but fine is also all the dust when cutting. Very different of a 12 miter from Delta, that by connecting the vaccum to it’s dust port, I would say 98% of the dust is gone. But this one, and I suspect most of the slinding miter saw , make a ton of dust. The little bag supplied doesn’t cut it… Could any body could post a picture of a dust collection set up for this type of saw.. or at least describe a good way to stop the dust ( I am still sneezing from maple front drawers…
Thanks
Manny

Manny;
Check this link, http://www.airhand.com/diy.asp I have this set up works nicely, with 2" hose connected to bag.
Good luck,

Jim,
Thanks very much, is it too much to ask if you could post some pics, the picture in the link is not too explanatory, and is it working "dust free" as they claim? I have the Oneida System
Thanks

Sorry I don't own a digital camera. If you get there cataloge the picture on page 33 shows what they are talking about.
Good luck,
Jim
