Hi guys…
I’m working with pallets now to make some furniture.
I took them from a horse stable. All HT. Very dirty unffortnately =(
They are full of this things (attached), I tried to search on Google what are those but I am not sure.
What you guys know about it? It is dangerous? Because now my house is fuuuull of them all over the place.
And now this will jeopardize my new furniture if I can’t get rid of them totally?

Call an exterminator STAT.
Really??? But some of them won't survive as they are in the middle of the pallets? What is your experience about it? What are this things?
I meant for the house. Burn that wood.
Can those pallets! Go to practically any roofing supply, lumber yard, masonry supply and ask them if they have any extra pallets. Then, look at the disappointment on their faces when you didn't show up with a semitrailer!
Move the wood outside. Far outside. Call an exterminator, and show them what's on the wood.
Free lumber can be really really expensive.
But can you tell me the name of this insects? They are ike mites or termites? or something else
I'd let the exterminator tell me. You said your house is fuuuuuul of them, all over the place. Seriously, I wouldn't wait.
They are ring shank nails commonly used to hold pallets together. Burn the pallet and you can easily retrieve the nails from the ashes. It will also get rid of the mites, which are almost certainly harmless, though I can't identify them for you. If they bother you then fly spray will kill them.
Using wood like this is not a recipe for happiness, but you can make some interesting things if you don't mind a lot of effort.
IMHO it's only worth it if you particularly want the result that only some munted wood can produce, or if you have nothing else with which to work.
