Theres been several discussions about Table saw blades but I don’t recall any about Miter Saw Blades. I have a Bosch 12″ CMS that I’ve had the orginal factory blade in since day one. The blade has served well but I recently did a large laminate floating floor and I’m afraid the blade is now toast. I intend to have it sharpened which will most likely return it to its original state but I need another blade while this one is out. Any suggestions, I do both rough and finish carpentry along with cabinetry and fine furniture (some would argue the later).
Remeber, I said this was a 12″ saw with a 1″ arbor so most of the normal table saw blades that folks use in their 10″ CMS’s just aren’t available.
Thanks for any info you feel like contributing.

I use a 12" Forrest and love it. But I have been sold on the Forrest Blades for years.
I found Amazon.com to have the lowest price, free shipping.

Thanks Curt, I found that blade to be the most readily available on the internet. I too use Forrest blades on my shop saw but have never tried one on a Miter saw.
