In my small shop I use a number of mobile bases. The floor of my shop has a slopping floor. Most mobile bases have leveling screws on 2 corners and wheels on the other 2 so they can only be leveled on one axis. I would like to not only level all my machines but also line up the table saw to my work bench and other machines. Before I take all my bases down to have jacking screws welded on – any other ideas?

I'm assuming your shop has a consistant slope and only in one direction.
Try using wedges to determine the height you would like your tools to be at. Then shim between the stand and wheels. Bolt wheels with shims in place. Level like you normally would.
Or... you could float your whole floor level....;o) LOL
