Try Sears or Harbor Freight. Can't hardly build one for the prices that they have.
Knothole was right; I bought a rolling open 3 shelf cabinet from Harbor Freight on sale for about $25. It was great for holding tools ,clamps, etc but would have been too light to hold for example a portable plainer. If you have a HF near you, it might be worth a look.
Thanks a lot, i appreciate you guys taking time to answer my request!!! Merry Christmas to one and all........
I too have a small shop. I built four rolling tool cabinets. One has my CMS on it, one has my mortiser and my drill press on it, one has my planer on it, and the other, which has fold up wings on either side has nothing on it. I use it for my workbench/assembly table.
I modified the design for a mobile chop saw station to give me drawers for tool storage rather than cupboards... Killed 2 birds with one stone so to speak....

Stay safe....Have fun

DARS,
I have a number of rolling carts in my small shop. I have a materials cart, three router tables on wheels, a cart for my oscillating spindle sander, a tool cart, etc. Now to get to the point of my post: In my opinion, it is really important to have a good set of locking wheels on your carts whether they are shop made or purchased. Cheap wheels on a cart make it a chore to use. Also, in a small shop, all four wheels need to swivel to make them easier to "park".
So far, I have found the Woodcraft wheels to be excellent. Grizzly sells some wheels that look similar to the woodcraft wheels, but I would go with the Woodcraft wheels if finances permit.
Regards,
Joel
PlansNow has a free plan for a rolling tool chest which I've used for two cabinets. It is easy enough to modify to suit specific requirements. The cabinet looks nice enough to be household furniture--one I'd built for my girlfriend ended up with ogee bracket feet and is now part of her den furniture (she refused to put something that "looks so nice" in the garage!). Here is the link: http://plansnow.com/rollcab.html.

I've started using Rockler 3" swivel & locking casters. Their part number 31870 is a very nice unit which works well on uneven concrete and rolls easily over minor bumps, cords, etc. Watch for them to go on sale and you can snag for less than Woodcraft's price. Also Rockler doesn't charge sales taxes--Woodcraft has stores in my state (TN) and they hit me with the 9.75% sales tax (gulp!). Here's a link to the Rockler page for the casters I recommend: http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=5819&filter=31870.

TN,
You might want to check out Grizzly for the casters too...much wider/better alternatives than Woodcraft or Rockler and much lower prices.
Thanks BG for the suggestion about Grizzly. I own their 6" planer and have been very pleased. I'll give their casters a look.
I finally located the URL to PlansNow for their free rolling tool cabinet plan. Here it is: http://www.workbenchplans.com/plansnow-cmp2005/cmp-plansnow-toolcabinet.pdf
The cabinet uses inset doors and drawers which in my opinion is not a design for beginning woodworkers--overlay styles are much more forgiving. Otherwise, it is an easy plan to use and is economical to construct.

Dars, I built one about a year ago that has served me well. The picture is old, the cabinet is so loaded now I have to put my shoulder to it to move it.
