   I've seen that episode but can't remember who made the molding machine (the company was listed in the credits at the end of the show).

   I think they were somewhere in New England and the molding machine cost around $1500 - without cutters.

   I think it was a Williams & Hussey -- at least I have seen it used on the shows you mention.

   Mine is grey but the newest ads show a red machine. Love it.
