Hi Tim, I'm talking to folks about workshops to add to the list. Check out the main page for the current list, http://www.montanafest.com
I've got a band booked for Saturday night.
I'm firming up menus with the caterers but we have a budget so the fees for MontanaFest are fixed. $150 for all three days, $75 for Saturday only. This includes all your food, beverages (including beer, soda pop, water) festival tent, porta-potties, tables and chairs and everything that ends up in garbage cans..., and the garbage cans too. Workshops are free. Some people have already sent checks.
I have bought the MontanaFest domain and set it up on the web and am adding to the pages as I get time. Hawking this thing will be much easier with the domain name, just tell your friends to look at montanafest.com
Everything for the infrastructure is set and reserved, workshops are forming and it's all coming together nicely. It's grown into quite the bash! Ruthie and I are really excited and a bit shocked at the response, we are just letting this thing grow as big as it wants to and trying to anticipate what the crowd will need.
Taunton will be here, Woodshop News, Ellis Walentine, Robin Lee, Rob Cosman, Link Van Cleave, and many others as well as those that have not quite committed yet.
So, pass the word around! It's http://www.MontanaFest.com
