There was a short review of Montour’s Carnoil Finish not that long ago in FWW. The reviewer liked it as far as I can remember, and I was wondering whether anyone else has used it and liked or disliked it. Thanks!

The review liked it but noted that being a wax finish, it provided little in the way of protection and no long term durability. It's basically a wax and linseed oil neither of which are very good stand alone finishes.
