I have not had very good luck when using the guidebushings with my routers.
I have a PC 690 with a plunge base and a D handle base. Neither of them are perfectly centered on the bit. Rather dissapointing. I also have a Bosch laminate trim router that I have modified to accept the guidebushings. It also is off center slightly.
Can anybody tell me if the 0310 is super accurate in this regard? Are any other routers better?

The directions with my PC 690 said the plate was adjustable. Loosen screws, use a centering pin, retighten screws.

Best answer you will get..
Some collar sets come with a centering bit for adjusting the router plate...
this might help shed some light...
