My Stanley Bostitch nailer leaks air as soon as it is hosed, right around the trigger. Any ideas on how to repair?

The O rings on the trigger most likely need to be replaced. You can get a kit to make the repair for around $30. The kit includes the trigger with the O rings. You can go online and search parts for your particular nailer. Short of replacing the trigger make sure the trigger mechanism is held tight into the nailer. There should be a nut at the trigger which may need tightening.
thanks, working on it now.

Taken apart and the O-rings look fine but there were some crumbs that fell out, I don't know if that was a nylon gasket or what. Put it back together and it still leaks, but not as bad. TV6, but I might just do the rings first.
You probably need new o-rings but you can try a little vasoline on the old ones to see if that helps. Hope all works out.
