: I am interested in building a baby crib which will eventually convert into a child’s bed. I was hoping someone could tell me the plans for this or where I can find the dimensions for this project. I saw one project description for a crib,but it was from 1981 and I did not know if the railings were far enough apart to protect my son, it also did not convert into a bed. Please email me with any suggestions you have. Thanks.

*Rockler has plans for a crib that converts to a youth bed, then into a full size adult bed. I built it from their plans out of some nicely figured cherry and it has been a hit. Looks very nice and I got it done just in time! Spencer in Tallahassee
