Hi all
Dumb question here really.
And don’t get me wrong, I have a bunch (maybe 7 or 8) of good routers.
I usually keep 2 PC690 routers in a router table set up for for edgings. Both of my old PC 690 have finally died and need replacing.
I don’t see them available anymore.
Any idea where to get some, or a good cheap replacement to install into my table.
Mind you, I have another table set up with a larger router and all the usual for normal work, so this is just for this application.
Jeff
PS: I’m still kick myself for not stocking up on a few from Sears when they went on sale.

Its a very old and long design, lots of them around and PorterCable will rebuild them for you. Just looked on eBay and there is a few to be had. I think the 693 fits the 690 style base but double check.
I suppose I had a brain short this morning.
I ment to say a model 100 or 1002.

Here in Vermont, the closest chain store is Home Depot an hour away.
The Sears up here stocks almost nothing.
So it's mail order or help from the net.
Oh, also, I stay away from ebay (Have had bad luck with finding anything on it with my slowwwwww computer.)
