Hello,
I am trying to locate a blade to fit an older Skil Wormdrive model 107. It takes a 10″ blade with a diamond shaped center (measures 1.25″ x 1″). My local sources have drawn a blank and I thought I would check in here and see if anyone can point me in the right direction.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thank you for time and interest.

You could take the arbor out and have it turned to fit any new blade. Probably cheapest solution if you manage to keep it running a few years otherwise contact a blade company like Forrest who will bore custom or some sharpening shops like http://www.bullsharp.com
Should be fairly easy to find a solution.
Sounds like a Bigfoot blade. Try Amazon Tool Crib. I think that's where my boss buys his from.

I would like to say thanks for the info. The Skil customer service people also pointed me to the Bigfoot blade. At this point I am thinking that I will just go ahead and sell this beast on EBAY. I was thinking about turning it into some sort of table saw, but I think it would be less frustrating in the long run to turn it into cash to go for a real table saw that can use a dado blade. Again thank you for the help.

When I bought My skilsaw worm drive, I also bought an adapter so that I could also run standard 5/8 round arbor. Mine is an 8", Even if the company does not make an adapter for the 10" saw, I'll bet a machinist could make one up giving you access to standard blades.
