Hi to All,
Can anyone out there in WW land recommend a mail order supplier of cherry plywood? Specifically, I need 5/8″ curly cherry for some panels on a project of mine.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Where are you located? Most parts of the country have a supplier for things like this, although 5/8" may be harder to find. I am hearing that a lot of suppliers carry more 1/4" and 3/4".
Central CA. Woodfinder didn't register anyone within 200 mi.
Try McBeath Hardwoods in San Francisco and Berkeley. I've bought from them and they have a great selection. If they don't have it, they may be able to get it - or send you to a source.
5/8" will probably be hard to find. I can't remember when I last saw that thickness.
One way to get 5/8" with that grain is veneer it yourself on Baltic Birch plywood. If you need a lot of it, there are some companies that will veneer batches by special order. Otherwise, check with a local cabinet shop to find out where they get their material from.I cut this piece four times and it's still too short.
