Hi to All,
I plan to build a child’s bed using logs. Although there are plenty of websites for completed log furniture, I am looking for a supplier of furniture-grade logs to construct my own project. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Keep in mind that safety is paramount where kids are concerned - I know there's a standard for stair building that requires spindles to be spaced in such a way that a 4" diameter sphere cannot pass between them. I'm sure there are comparable standards for children's furniture.
As to a source of logs - trees spring immediately to mind!
Good luck,

It would be a help if you filled in your profile just to say where you live. Log rail fencing is available just about anywhere. If you were in my area I could direct you to a few hundred sources depending on the species and level of prep you were looking for. Here is one of many companies that specialize in such products, you're probably looking for 3"-4" peeled round logs.
