Some particle board is covered with melamine on only one side, other is covered on two sides. It is a more difficult problem to have a blade that will cut two sided melamine covered particleboard without chipout.
ah, i see. I dont work with melamine boards much and that didnt even occur to me that doubled sided meant both sides of the material was covered.
