The Delta/Porter Cable site gives a fairly decent rundown of the features.

Looks like lots of nifty features to justify the price. I'm just glad that it came out a couple of weeks after I bought a 4200 series. ;-)
IMHO, the which-jig question boils down to how you want (or think you want) to make machine-cut dovetails. The new Omni and the Leigh provide a lot of flexibility compared to the fixed-spacing approach of the PC 4200 series, but obviously at a price.
I saw the company guys demo @ FresnoSawWorks. I would liken the omni to the festool circular saw w/rail guide and clamps, and the D4 to a standard circular saw cutting the line by eye. The Omni is just plain bomb proof. The fingers for bit setup are set "almost perfect" from the factory(a little proud) After ONE fine tuning, you are done. Nice rest that goes on it to support outside edge of router. If I can sell my leigh I'll buy one. 2 cents.
How much for the Leigh?
I don't know yet. I'll need to go online and see what they're going for.
