Awesome and congrats. I hate working when it is hot (doesn't get cold enough to worry about it). I'd make sure your HVAC is working. I'm a big fan for organizing so I'd probably suggest getting things organized and tidy before any work.
No HVAC yet. Just swamp. Hvac is in the future plan. I've been cleaning like its a job. Made a small dent will post new pics of progress soon. Thanks so much for your interest.
