No, sorry, I believe there is no easy way to do that.
If you click on a member's name e.g., "Greengirl75" it will take you to the person's public info and sometimes it will say where they are located. The old system here had a great set up and there was often in depth info, if the member wished to make it known, and so it was easier to get to know people. That has been all but eliminated with the system put in place over a year ago.
PS: are you really green ?
