Hello, I’m going to be building a new enclosure for my guitar amp out of flamed maple and i want no visible fasteners on the outside, and was curious if just clamping and glueing is strong enough to support the 50lb weight or what other types of fastening could i do? I’m new to woodworking.

Conventional glue joints can be surprisingly strong, but there is also room for more sophisticated joinery based on the stresses a piece will experience. You might, for example, consider box joints for the corners, or even dovetails to add more physical strength and maximize the glued surface area. (More glued surface area equates to greater joint strength.)
Separately, you should consider how the amp enclosure will be treated during transport. There is a reason behind those corner protectors, for example.
